Ordering
Every cake is custom created to suit your personal taste, style and budget. Each of our cake creations receives incredible attention to detail, as result we can only accommodate a limited number of orders each week. Reservations are taken on first-come, first-served basis.
The best way to contact us is through email as we are often elbows deep in icing. Providing us with as much information as possible will allow us to complete the quote faster.
After you receive your quote, if you wish to book with us or discuss other options, respond back as soon as possible as the date may become unavailable in the interim.
Pricing
The price of your cake is determined by three main factors: size of the cake (number
of guests you wish to feed), intricacy of design and flavour.
Chantilly Cake Designs will try to work within your budget and adjust the labour
accordingly.
Even a simply designed or budget conscious cake, when well done, can be dramatic
and elegant.
Special Occasion Cakes – start at $ 150.00
Payment Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The balance is due
at pick up/delivery for special occasion cakes. The balance for wedding cakes is
due 20 days before the wedding day.
Wedding cake orders placed within a month of the wedding will require payment in
full.
Once we send you the invoice, we will secure your date for 48 hours. If we do not
receive payment, by the end of this period, your date may become unavailable.
At the moment we accept cash and email money transfers.
Delivery
Delivery is available and can be arranged at the time you place your order. Fees
are calculated based upon location. Clients are also welcome to pick up their special
occasion cakes in person at an agreed upon day and time. We do not recommend that
clients transport cakes taller than 2 tiers.

Cakes priced at $600.00 and above are delivered at no extra cost for the following
locations: Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Mississauga, Brampton and Oakville.
Because of the delicate nature of the cakes, shipping via mail or courier is not
available.
Cancellations
If your order is paid in full, we will refund you the paid amount less the 50% deposit
up to 14 days before your event.
There is no refund on orders cancelled within 14 days of your event.
